   380V wiring mistake

Here is a bad mistake. The installers have wired up three-phase power into a magnet power supply with the neutral (blue) and phase 3 (black) wires swapped. It was discovered after the supply was turned on and flames shot out the front air vent.

 

Cost: one complete magnet power supply
